The surface of the Heat Exchanger is composed of thin wave – shape metal sheets that are fixed on the Air Preheater Rotor and are positioned parallel to the direction of the outgoing exhaust gas and incoming air.
During the rotation of the rotor, the Heat Exchangers at first go through the exhaust section where they absorb the heat from the outgoing exhaust gas and then pass from the incoming air section where they release the absorbed heat to the incoming air.
The rotor is divided into sections depending on radial and side partitions.
The wave – shape metal sheets of the Heat Exchangers are placed in metal cages according to the clients' demands.
